Great folks. This is the kind of store with a shop cat (an orange tabby names Fern, an amazing name for a cat). They pay attention to a lot of small details with orders/arrangements a lot of other shops ignore. My same day order was ready in an hour and since it was pick up and for a friend, the guy working made sure it was transport safe for me. Always a great experience getting flowers from here, everyone in the greenhouse is helpful & knowledgable as well. Kind folk all around. They also have a vase recycling program, bring in your vase for them to be re-used in their arrangements, and you get a discount on your purchase. 10% I think! I forgot a picture of the arrangement in the vase only, but here is the "Sweet, Not Sour" arrangement (plus transport box and a jar of fridge pickles I also gave to said friend - peep the cute Hyacinth House sticker in the corner!)

Excellent customer service and so pleasant to talk to when I really didn’t know what to order. She found the perfect plant for a memorial!

The flowers were fresh and nice. We ordered the medium and seems to be a little light on flowers. Left is what was delivered and right is photo on line. WOULD RECOMMEND Hyacinth House because the delivery was great and fresh flowers. Pricing was ok. You can see the flowers were on the website. No substitutions. The Lansing area flower delivery companies rating are very sketchy. WE FEEL WE DID WELL. Second order was NOT as good. Only one pink rose and not as pictured. They will give me a 50% off on my next order. And my next order was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. They are a reptible company. And you can actually talk to a person when there is a problem. Thank you for your good service.

I have been a loyal customer for 30 year’s always received quality flowers. this year my wife’s Valentine’s Day flowers were not even close to what they advertised. Still nice but not what I ex for $125. Might start looking elsewhere! Picture of what it was supposed to be and what my wife received

Beautiful flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday. I called and asked them to make it super pretty for her and they did not disappoint :) Delivery was very fast as I put the order in when they opened at 10am on a Sunday and the flowers were delivered shortly after noon. The gentleman that I spoke with was also very kind. Great experience all the way around! I recommend Hyacinth House. I will definitely be a return customer.
